Tasty and crispy snack made from puffed rice and spicy ingredients. Serve for evening tea.
Spicy Puris recipe - How to make Spicy Puris
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
3 cups plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 " piece of ginger (adrak)
5 to 6 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
5 green chillies
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 to 3 stems of coriander (dhania) leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
oil for frying
Method
- Put maida and salt in a bowl and mix.
- Heat 3teaspoons of oil and put it in the maida and mix well.
- Now put thill and mix well.
- Grind remaining ingredients into paste and put in the maida and mix well and knead a dough.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- And deep fry like puris.
