A salad that is nutty enough to leave you asking for more. The combination of walnuts with a tangy dressing and bland spinach leaves is quite a creation to try out.

Makes 4 servings
3/4 cup chopped and blanched spinach (palak)
1/2 cup chopped and boiled french beans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1/4 cup sliced onions
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pomegranate (anardana) powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Main procedure
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
