Spinach and Onion Dip recipe - How to make Spinach and Onion Dip

Makes 4 to 6 servings
1/2 cup spinach (palak) puree
2 cups curds (dahi)
1/2 cup grated onions
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cinnamon (dalchini) stick
1/4 cup grated processed cheese for garnishing
Method
- Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cinnamon stick.
- Add spinach, onion, and season it well.
- Simmer for half a minute and keep aside.
- Take the beaten curd and pour the above mixture into it. Mix well and serve fresh garnished with cheese.
