Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped spring onions (whites and greens)
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the oil, in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat the oil to its boiling point, pour over the spring onion-ginger mixture and mix well.
  3. Allow it to cool completely and serve.

Green Onion and Ginger Dip is very easy to prepar you have to chopped veggies fine and mix well. This recipe is very nice to taste.
