Makes 4 servings
1 cup mixed boiled sprouts
1 cup blanched and chopped spinach
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tbsp hung curds (dahi)
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup semolina (rava)
1 boiled and mashed potato
1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
oil for deep frying

- In a bowl mix together sprouts , besan palak , salt, red chili powder, jeera powder, potatoto, hung curd and make thick mixture.
- Take the mixture in hand and make small square shape and roll in suji and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.Serve hot with green chutney
