Ingredients

1 cup mixed boiled sprouts
1 cup blanched and chopped spinach
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tbsp hung curds (dahi)
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup semolina (rava)
1 boiled and mashed potato
1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
oil for deep frying

  1. In a bowl mix together sprouts , besan palak , salt, red chili powder, jeera powder, potatoto, hung curd and make thick mixture.
  2. Take the mixture in hand and make small square shape and roll in suji and deep fry in hot oil till crisp.Serve hot with green chutney
