Ingredients


1 1/2 cups mixed sprouts
8 small size chickpeas flour prepaed pancakes
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
chopped capsicum (1 each)
1 small bunch coriander (dhania), chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 to 3 green chillies
salt to taste
2 to 3 tsp oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in a kadai, fry onion till light brown, add green chillies,capsicum, saute lightly. add tomatoes, seasoning.add rest of the ingredients including steamed sprouts.keep it aside.heat non stick tawa , slighly roast prepared pancakes and top with the prepared sprouts filling, fold them one by one and garnish with fresh grated cottage cheese
