Pizza yummy isn’t it? Pizzas are very popular amongst kids and youngsters, not only kids but it is very very favuorite amongst almost all. Here is pizza with little variation, I have used sprouted moong stuffing to make it little healthy and ofcourse it’s routine topping is also there of onion,capsicum,tomato and last but not the least main ingredient of pizza i.e grated cheese, so try this new version of sprouted pizza.

Ingredients

4 pizza base
oil or butter for greasing
garlic (lehsun) paste refer handy tip

For The Garnish
1 cup grated processed cheese
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania) leaves

For The Topping
2 small chopped onions
2 small chopped tomatoes
1 chopped capsicum
garam masala refer handy tip
salt to taste
3-4 tbsp crushed green chili

For The Sauce
oil
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp chili ginger (adrak) paste
1/2 cup boiled moong (whole green gram) sprouts
boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp garam masala refer handy tip

Method
For the sauce

    For the sauce
  1. Heat the oil in non stick pan, add ajwain, chili ginger paste, sprouts, chana, and mix well.
  2. Add chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala, mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and tomato sauce, mix well, stir for a while.
  4. Transfer the stuffing in bowl and cool to room temperature.

For the topping

  1. In a bowl combine onion, a pinch of garam masala, salt and ½ tsp green chili, mix well, and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl combine capsicum, a pinch of garam masala and ½ tsp green chili, mix well, and keep aside
  3. In a bowl combine tomatoes, a pinch of garam masala and ½ tsp green chili, mix well, and keep aside
  4. How to proceed
  5. Heat non stick tava (gridle), grease with 1 tsp oil or butter, roast pizza base from both the sides.
  6. Apply 1 tsp garlic paste on pizza base; spread 5-6 tbsp prepared stuffing on it.
  7. Put 3-4 tsp each of onion, capsicum and tomato.
  8. Sprinkle 3-4 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 4-5 tsp grated cheese.
  9. Serve with tomato ketchup
  10. Similarly prepare other pizza.
