Method

  1. Wash the green beans and cut out the ends. keep them whole.
  2. Boil the green beans in hot water only for a few minutes. be careful that they are not completely cooked.
  3. Drain and keep aside.
  4. Heat 2 tsp oil.
  5. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chillies.
  6. When fried, add the chopped onions and green onions and fry till brownish in color.
  7. Add 1 tsp soya sauce.
  8. Add green beans, salt, and pepper.
  9. Cover and let the beans fry till they are brownish in color.
  10. Your fast and easy dish is ready. serve with fried rice or plain rice.
