25 rava puchka
1 cup urad dal (split black lentils)
1/2 " piece ginger (adrak)
2 green chillies
For stuffing
3 potatoes, boiled
1/4 cup soaked and boiled kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/4 cup soaked and boiled moong dal (split yellow gram)
1/4 cup soaked and boiled matki (moth beans)
For Serving
1/2 kg curds (dahi)
1 cup sweet sour chutney
coriander (dhania) leaves
salt to taste
chaat masala to taste
- Soak urad dal for 4 to 5 hours grind it with green chillies and ginger
- Add salt to taste dip the puchkas in this ground urad dal mixture and fry them keep a side
- For serving
- Cut boiled potatoes finely beat curd and add salt make a hole in the fried vada
- Mix boiled potatoes chana mung moth salt and chaat masala
- Fill the vada with this mixture put the filled vada in the curd mixture sprinkle sweet chutney
- Chaat masala and coriander leaves ,serve immediately
