Makes 2 servings
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
5 to 6 curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 to 3 green chillies , chopped
100 gms puffed rice
50 gms besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tsp garam masala
a pinch of turmeric
salt to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
coriander leavesfor garnishing
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a kadhai,add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add puffed rice and besan and mix well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot.
