Suprim Pulav recipe - How to make Suprim Pulav

3 cups long grained rice (basmati)
4 onions, vegetables small pieses (mutter, carrot, french bean, potetoes)saffron
ghee
dry coriander seed
ginger-garlic
9 cloves (laung / lavang)
chilli powder
hing, mint leaves, salt, jeera
Method
- 1. grind ginger-garlic, jeera, coriander seeds, cloves, mintleaves to a fine paste, mix saffron with milk. 2. add chilly powder and salt to paste, marinate the veg. in the paste, pour the saffronwaterin the rice.
- 3. take ghee in cooker add hing, put half the rice in cooker, spread a layer of onions on the rice.o
- 4. over the onion layer arrenge the marinated vegs, on top remaining rice, heat ghee and pour on top.
- 5. add one and half cup of hot waterand presser cook for 15 minutes and serve hot.
