Suran Pachadi

Add Suran pachadi as a side dish with any meal to tickle your taste buds with its spicy and tangy taste. The suran or yam are chopped and pickled up with oil, and spices and then enjoyed as pachadi.
Suran Pachadi recipe - How to make Suran Pachadi

250 gms yam (suran)
2 onions
5 tsp coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
2 green chillies
5 tsp coriander (dhania) leaves
salt and sugar to taste
1/2 lemon
Method
- Skin suran and cut into very small cubes.
- Fry them in oil till light brown.
- Add finely chopped onions, coconut , coriander , pinch of salt and sugar
- Squeeze half a lemon , mix and serve.
