Makes 3 to 5 servings
150 gms sliced raw mangoes
150 gms sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp dried mint leaves (phudina) powder
11 cups crushed ice
Method
- Method
- Boil raw mangoes slices in 3 cups water for 10 minutes.
- Drain water of it.
- Add 2 cups water to cooked mangoes.
- Mash water and mangoes together.
- Drain water in previously drained water.
- Do again by adding 2 cups water in mango pulp.
- Add sugar,salt,cumin powder,mint powder to drained water.
- Stir nicely.
- Serve chilled with crushed ice.
