Suva Rice recipe - How to make Suva Rice

Makes 4 servings
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
3/4 cup chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji) leaves
salt to taste
2 cups leftover cooked rice
Method
- Main Procedure
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onions and green chillies and sauté till the onions turn translucent.
- Add the dill leaves and salt and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Add the rice and toss gently and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot.
