Sweet N Spicy Dip recipe - How to make Sweet N Spicy Dip
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
10 to 12 raisins (kismis) soaked in hot water for 30mins
1 dry red chillies
1 to 2 cloves garlic (lehsun) (optional)
2 to 4 mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 cup hung curds (dahi)
1 tbsp fresh cream
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Grind together the soaked raisins, chilli,
- Garlic and mint leaves by adding a little water to make a paste consistency, not too watery.
- Now add the ketchup, cream, curd, salt & pepper.
- Mix well.
- Serve with tortilla chips, potato chips, vegetable sticks.
