Always use fresh curd for the right taste. mix lightly.you could also add a dash of very finely chopped green chillies to make the dip spicy.

1 cup hung curds (dahi)
salt to taste
a pinch of ground sugar
6 cloves garlic (lehsun), ground to a paste
1 tsp finely chopped carrots
1/2 tsp finely chopped capsicum
a dash of lime juice
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a light hand.
- Add the lime juice.
- Serve with soup sticks.
