Makes 1 to 2 servings
2 cups mixed sprouts
1 boiled and grated potato
1 onion , finely chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp chilli powder
a little cornflour paste
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
3 tbsp finely crushed cornflakes
salt to taste
oil for shallow frying
Other Ingredients
2 burger buns
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp tomato ketchup
a few lettuce
2 sliced onions
2 tomato slices
2 cucumber slices
4 cheese slices

- Method
- Heat the oil in a pan,add onions and ginger-garlic paste and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala,garam masala and stir for a minute.
- Add sprouts,potatoes,salt and coriander and cook for a minute.
- Give a shape of flat tikki and dip in cornflour paste and roll in cornflakes and fry on a non stick pan using less oil.

- On a lower half of burger bun,spread mayonnaise.
- Place lettuce ,one cheese slice and top with one fried tikki, onion slice,tomato slice,cucumber slice and again one cheese slice.
- Spread tomato ketchup on other half of the bun and close the burger. Repeat with other buns.
- Serve immediately.
