Method

  1. Parboil the mushrooms, peas, cauliflower, capsicum and baby corn.
  2. Deep fry the paneer, drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok, add the green curry paste and fry for 2 minutes. add the coconut milk.
  4. Add the vegetables, paneer, sugar and salt and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice.

  1. Grind all the ingredients in a mortar or a food processor using a little water.
  2. Store in an airtight container or in the refrigerator. alternatively, freeze for up to 3 months.
  3. Use as required
