1 cup leftover chilka moong dal khichdi
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
salt to taste
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tsp curds (dahi) (optional)
Method
- Prepare a soft dough using all the ingredients.
- Divide into 8 rolls.
- With a soft hand roll out the theplas one by one.
- Fry theplas with a little oil on medium flame.
