100 gms tomatoes , peeled and deseeded
100 gms apple , peeled and chopped
100 gms apple juice
100 gms plain curds (dahi)
50 gms chopped carrots
20 gms freshly ground black pepper powder

  2. Add some ice and serve chilled.
