3/4 cup tomato juice
6 to 7 bread slices
2 tbsp cornflour
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup grated processed cheese
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina)
oil for frying
Method
- Soak bread in water & mashed smoothly.
- Add all the ingredients into the mashed bread.
- Make small balls from it.
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve with salads & tomato sauce.
