Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Baking Time:  15 minutes   Baking Temperature:  200°C (400°F)   Total Time:    Makes 15 stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients

15 medium sized tomatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 cup cooked spaghetti
1 cup white sauce
1/4 tbsp grated processed cheese
salt and to taste

Method
    Method
  1. Cut the tops of the tomatoes and scoop them.
  2. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  3. Add the capsicum and green chillies and sauté for 1minute.
  4. Add the spaghetti, white sauce, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Fill the tomato cases with the spaghetti mixture.
  6. Grease a flat baking dish and arrange the filled tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a hot oven at 200°c (400 °f) for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
