Trio Bhajia Toast recipe - How to make Trio Bhajia Toast

4 slices of bread
butter
Mint Chutney
1 cup boiled green peas
1 potato, boiled and mashed
1 cheese cube
salt to taste
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
a pinch of baking soda
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tbsp hot oil
2 tbsp Green Chutney
Method
- Heat butter in a pan add green chillies, peas, potato, salt, lime juice and cheese mix well.
- Take slice of bread apply butter & chutney spread ½ of peas mixture & cover with another slice of bread
- Make a thick paste of besan, salt, chilli pow. soda, turmeric pow. & oil adding little water
- Spread evenly paste on the sandwich and fry in hot oil
- Cut as triangles so you can see yellow, white & green colours
