This refreshing juice is made of soothing melons perked up with the dynamic flavours of orange and pineapple. Garnished with watermelon balls, it is an exotic drink to set before your guests at any party.

Watermelon and Melon Sunshine recipe - How to make Watermelon and Melon Sunshine

Makes 4 glasses
2 cups roughly chopped and deseeded watermelon
1 cup roughly chopped melon (kharbooja)
1 cup chilled readymade pineapple juice
1 cup chilled readymade orange juice
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
For The Garnish
8 scooped watermelon (tarbuj) balls
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantity of the juice into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve immediately garnished with 2 watermelon balls in each glass.
