Delicious white pasta with corn. You can even add other vegetables like carrot and mushrooms.

White Corn Pasta recipe - How to make White Corn Pasta

Ingredients

150 gms sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
250 gms pasta
100 gms cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup of milk

Method
    Method
  1. Wash and boil the sweet corn kernels in enough water for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water, drain and keep aside.
  3. Heat the butter in a pan, add the boiled corn and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and mix gently.
  6. Add little milk in the mixture and cook till the milk is soaked for 75%.
  7. Garnish the pasta with chilli flakes and oregano.
  8. Serve hot.
