Aloo ki Subzi recipe - How to make Aloo ki Subzi

Makes 4 servings 4
1 cup boiled and chopped potaotes
1 cup chopped brinjal
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for cooking
2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and add the fenugreek seeds.
- When seeds crackle, add the garam masala ,coriander powder, chilli powder, haldi powder, salt and 2-3 tsp water mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the potato, brinjal, tomato,salt and 1/2 cup water mix well and
- pressure cook on a low flame for 2 whistles.
- Remove the flame.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
