For Aloo Tikki Slider
1 ladi pav set
6 aloo tikkis
3 tbsp mint mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
4 cheese slices
6 onion slices
1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp hot and sweet chilli sauce
To Be Mixed Into Butter Mixture
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp black sesame seeds (kala til)
For aloo tikki slider
- For aloo tikki slider
- To make {span class="bold1"}aloo tikki slider{/span}, take a ladi pav (6 pieces), cut it horizontally into 2 parts.
- Place the lower halve on a clean, dry surface and apply mint mayonnaise evenly over it.
- Put the shredded cabbage and carrot and place cheese slices evenly over it.
- Place 6 aloo tikki over the cheese slices, place 6 onion rings over it and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese.
- Apply hot and sweet chili sauce on the upper halve of the pav.
- Place the upper halve of the pav sauce side facing downwards.
- Poke the upper halve using a skewer and pour the butter mixture evenly over it.
- Cover with an aluminium foil and bake in a pre-heated oven on 180°c (360°f) for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve the {span class="bold1"}aloo tikki slider{/span} immediately.
