400 ml milk
400 ml curds (dahi)

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
- Cook on a double boiler for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Insert a knife and if it comes out clean, remove from the flame and cool.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve chilled.
