Makes 4 serving
8 boiled tender corn cob
To Be Mixed Together For The Sauce
3/4 cup tomato ketchup
3/4 hot and sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp coarsely ground black peppercorns (kalimirch)
lemon wedges to squeeze over while serving
Method
- Method
- Brush the prepared sauce over the corn and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Wrap the corns in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degree Celsius for 25 minutes.
- Open the foil and grill for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy hot squeezed with lemon wedges.
