Here are fritters in other words it is aloo bhajia only but here aloo slices are deeped in something different kind of batter which is combination of gram flour, rice flour, plain flour and chopped mint leaves.

Makes 4 servings
To Be Mixed Into A Thick Batter
1/4 cup besan
1/4 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tsp mint paste
salt to taste
a pinch of soda bi carb
water if required
Other Ingredients
2 large potatoes , cut into thick slices
oil for deep frying
For Sprinkling
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 cup grated processed cheese
Method
- Method
- Heat oil in a kadhai, dip the pototo slices in prepared batter and deep fry the fritters till little pink, drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange the fried fritters in greased baking tray, sprinkle grated cheese, mixed herb and paprika evenly on top and bake in a pre-heated ovet at 200°C for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle mixed herb and paprika on serving plate, arrange fritters and serve hot.
