Ingredients

2 sticks of celery (ajmoda) , sliced
2 carrot , sliced
1 onion , coarsely grated
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
2 tbsp oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
900 ml vegetable stock

Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan, add the celery, carrots, onion and cabbage, mix well and cover and cook on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes, while stirring frequently.
  2. Add the stock, salt and pepper, mix well and bring to the boil
  3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked and soft.
  4. Serve hot.
