A creamy and delicious dish made with pasta and veggies mixed in white sauce and baked till crispy.
Baked Veggie Pasta recipe - How to make Baked Veggie Pasta

Makes 2 to 3 servings
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped mixed vegetables(potato, carrot ,
cauliflower , green peas)
salt to taste
1 cup white sauce
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 cups grated mozzrella cheese
freshly grounded black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 cups boiled penne
oil for greasing
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a pan, add all the vegetables and little salt and cook till it is half done and crunchy.
- Add the white sauce, cream, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper and pasta, mix well and remove from the flame.
- Grease the baking dish with the oil and add the pasta mixture, top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake till cheese turns bubbly brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
