Banana Chips recipe - How to make Banana Chips

Ingredients

5 to 6 raw banana
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
oil for deep frying
rock salt to taste

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and put them in plenty of salted iced water for 10 mins.
  2. Slice bananas with a chip slicer into water.
  3. Keep for 10 minutes and drain well.
  4. Spread out on a kitchen cloth to take off moisture.
  5. Heat up oil in a wok till smoky.
  6. And fry the banana slices until it looks light brown.
  7. Sprinkle pepper and salt on hot chips and toss well.
  8. Store in a air-tight container.
