Banana Pancake recipe - How to make Banana Pancake

Ingredients

1 cup plain flour (maida)
1 banana , finely chopped
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup semolina (rava)
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
ghee for cooking

Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well t o make a batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with ghee.
  3. Pour a spoonfull of batter and spread evenly to make a thin pancake.
  4. Cook using little ghee till it turns golden brown from both \e sides.
  5. Serve hot.
