1/2 cup cucumber cubes
1 cup bean sprouts , washed and drained
1/2 cup cherry tomato halves
1/2 cup carrot juliennes
1/2 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens
1 cup apple cubes
1/4 cup orange segments
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil or olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
sea salt (khada namak)
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

- Chill salad in fridge by covering with a cling wrap till you want to serve.
