Ingredients
1 cup grated beetroot
1/2 cup urad dal (split black lentils)
1/2 big sized coconut, grated
4 red chillies
a few curry leaves (kadi patta)
a small sized ball of tamarind (imli)
3 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste

- In oil (2 tsp) fry uraddal till goldenbrown,add curryleaves,red chillies,garlic saute.
- Add beetroot and saute well till cooked.
- Add coconut and saute 2mts.grind with tamarind,salt to thick chatney.
- Eat with rice.
