INGREDIENTS:-
LAYER 1 (TO MAKE CHUTNEY)---
coriander (dhania) leaves
red chillies
ginger (adrak)
lemon
salt to taste
cucumber slices
LAYER 2
paneer (cottage cheese)
food colour
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
LAYER 3---
tomato ketchup
LAYER 4---CURD, SUGAR.
FOR DECORATION---
pomogranate seeds (anardana)
4 pcs bread, crust removed

- Take a piece of bread. put a thin layer of chutney on it. then put 4 slices of cucumber.
- Put another bread & press it softly.
- Knead the paneer with salt& kali mirchi to make smooth & soft dough.
- Put this dough on the bread.
- Put another bread & press it softly.
- Put a layer of sauce on the 3rd bread.
- Put another bread & press it softly.
- Drain the curd for 20 minutes.
- Mix the curd & sugar. to make a smooth paste.
- Apply this on the 4th bread.
- Cut the pastry in triangle shape.
- Decorate it with anar seeds.
