It will be very tasty with coriander chutney or khajoor chutney.
Bread Vada recipe - How to make Bread Vada
Preparation Time: 15 MINUTES Cooking Time: 15 MINUTES Total Time:
10 bread slices
3 large potatoes
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
POWDER MASALA
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
coriander (dhania) for flover
Method
- Take a large plate & put mashed potatos in it.
- Add finely chopped onions, green chilli & ginger paste.
- Add all the powder masalas,sugar & lemon juice.
- Add dhania patta & salt to taste.
- Mix all well.
- method
- Remove sides from the bread slices.
- Take bread slice & dip in the salty water & squeeze water from the slice.
- Take a squezed slice in the palm & fill 1 spoon potato mixure in it.
- Cover nicely from all the sides.
- Dip fry light brown in the pan with hot oil.
- Serve hot.
