1/2 cup diagonally cut and blanched carrot
1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup roughly chopped onions
2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces
1 tbsp broken cashew nuts (kaju)
2 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1/4 cup milk
salt to taste

Loved the gravy!! The veggies like carrot and broccoli also taste really great in combination with paneer. The highlight of the recipe is there is no use of readymade tomato puree.
