1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup condensed milk

- Heat the butter and brown sugar in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the condensed milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Switch off the flame, cool completely, store in an air-tight container in the fridge and use as required.

Hey! Won''t brown sugar and condensed milk make it too sweet?? Condensed milk is already sweet enough! Please advice.
Finally, I found the easiest way to make the banoffe sauce, the easy to make it is , OH MY GOD the tasty and deliciously mouth watering in taste.... My kids drolled over it when i poured it on the pancakes... A must try....
