1/4 kg carrot
2 onions
2 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania), curry leaves (kadi patta) and mint leaves (phudina)
Salt as required.

Method
- Steam cook carrots and grate them.
- Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
- Heat little oil, and little mustard and then ginger garlic paste. after a minute add onions and fry till crisp.
- Stir in tomatoes and continue frying till moisture is absorbed. add grated carrots, salt, chopped leaves and fry well.
- Keep little masala in between two buttered slices of bread. toast it using sandwich maker.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney
