This salad is very tasty, healthy and easy to make. you can have it as starter as well as meal. the beans will fill your stomach and cucumber and lettuce will provide water. easy to digest.

1/2 cup kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1/2 cup rajma (kidney beans)
1/2 cup hara chana (green chick peas)
1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 medium sized tomato
1 onion
broccoli (if available)
iceberg lettuce (if available)
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Soak all the beans overnight.
- Cook the beans except the mung sprout till half boiled.
- Half boil the brocolli also. finely cut carrot, cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.
- Add salt and lemon juice. add little black pepper.
- Mix all the ingradients.
