1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/4 cup cold butter
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and greens
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp plain flour (maida) for sprinkling
