Makes 4 to 5 glasses
1 large cucumber
1 tbsp grated ginger (adrak)
20 mint leaves (phudina)
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
2 cups beaten curds (dahi)
salt to taste
a pinch of rock salt
1 slit green chilli
Method
- Method
- Grate the cucumber and keep aside.
- Combine the ginger, mint and coriander and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add the cucumber, ginger, green chilli and blend again till smooth, without using any water.
- Add the curds, 250 ml water, salt and whisk well.
- Serve in a tall glasses garnished with mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
