1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup chopped spinach (palak)

To Be Mixed Into A Curds-celery Dressing
1/2 cup low-fat curds (dahi)
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
