Remember to soak the red chillies for sufficient time so that it blends well with the other ingredients

Makes 0.75 cups
6 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken
2 fresh red chillies or green chillies
1 stalk of lemongrass (hare chai ki patti)
1/2 tbsp sliced ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup roughly chopped onions
salt to taste
Method
- Main procedure
- Soak the dried chillies in a little water for 30 minutes. Then boil for 1 minute.
- Grind all the ingredients together in a mixer till smooth.
- Use as required.
