Classic Fudge recipe - How to make Classic Fudge

Makes 2 to 3 servings
2 cups crushed nice biscuits
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp chopped walnuts (akhrot)
For The Icing
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp drinking chocolate
Method
- Method
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the sugar, milk and cocoa powder and cook till the sugar melts and mixture becomes smooth.
- Remove form the flame and keep aside to cool.
- Add the essence, biscuits and walnuts, mix well and pour into a greased tray.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- For the icing, combine the icing sugar, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the icing on the biscuit mix.
- Serve chilled.
