This chocolate walnut fudge is made quickly and easily with readily available ingredients in India. eggless chocolate walnut fudge has an intense flavour, thanks to the combination of condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder.

1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (akhrot)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

- To make {span class="bold1"}chocolate walnut fudge{/span}, heat a broad non- stick pan, add the condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Remove from the flame, add the walnuts and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture immediately into a 100 mm. × 100 mm. (4” × 4”) greased square aluminium tin and spread it evenly with the help of the back of a spoon, keep aside for 30 minutes or till it cools completely and sets.
- Serve the {span class="bold1"}chocolate walnut fudge{/span} immediately or store in an air tight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
