Cole Slaw
by Tarla Dalal
Coleslaw is a refreshing cold salad, whose name is derived from the dutch phrase ‘kool-sla’, which means cabbage salad. It is a rich and creamy version of the traditional american salad, and is a typical barbeque standby. It is often served at picnics along with burgers and hot dogs, and is loved by kids too!
