Makes 4 servings
150 gms besan (bengal gram flour)
100 gms boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 grated cheese cubes
2 grated garlic cloves
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
wateras required
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- Heat the oil in a kadhai.
- Take besan in a bowl and add water,salt and chilli powder and mix well till smooth.
- Add the boiled corn kernels, grated cheese, grated garlic and mix well.
- Take little mixture of pakodas in a spoon, put them in oil and deep fry till they turn golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot.
